Zambia Fashion Week has officially announced its 2026 dates, and the fashion world is paying attention. Running from June 15–20 in Lusaka, the event promises to be the biggest edition yet.
Organisers confirmed participation from over 40 local designers alongside five international fashion houses making their Zambian debut. The event will be held at the newly renovated Mulungushi International Conference Centre.
"This year we are telling our story on our own terms," said creative director Namukolo Phiri. "Zambian fashion is not just beautiful — it is a cultural statement."
Tickets go on sale next week on the official website. Early bird packages include VIP seating, post-show receptions, and exclusive access to designer studios.
What to Expect
The 2026 lineup features a dedicated Youth Runway for emerging designers under 25, a sustainability pavilion showcasing eco-conscious Zambian textiles, and a live music programme curated by local producers.
International buyers and press from Vogue Africa, L'Officiel, and GQ are expected to attend, giving Zambian designers unprecedented global exposure.
